This project is to provide a dedicated Public Waste and Recycling Drop-off site at the existing Olin Waste Transfer site. Currently the temporary site is co-mingled with large city vehicles and the drop-off site runs limited hours for safety reasons. This project will install a separate public access road off of Quann-Olin Pkwy. The internal circulation of the drop-off area will keep public and city vehicle traffic separated.
