Contract 8733 - Hawthorne, Lake, W Dayton

The work includes the trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 3,487 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipelines ranging in size from 6” to 8” diameter AND approximately 1,739 linear feet for storm sewer pipelines ranging in size from 12” to 36”.

This project consists of water main improvements on Mid Town Road, generally between Marty Road to South Gammon Road. The work includes furnishing and installing new 6-in and 12-inch ductile iron water main and fittings as shown on the plans. Adjusting new valve boxes and hydrants to appropriate grades.

This contract is for the fabrication, delivery, and installation of exterior signage for the future Madison Public Market located at 202 N First St., Madison, WI 53704. The work includes, but is not limited to, electrical hookup and testing of signage elements, with electrical rough-in already provided near each sign location. This contract includes a potential for (1) Additive Alternate labeled as ITEM 90001.

This work includes replacing defective sidewalk and curb and gutter, concrete pavement repairs, sidewalk ramps including detectable warning fields (supplied by the Contractor), Metro Transit bus pads, and other associated work.

The work in this contract includes replacement of curb and gutter, drive aprons, sidewalk ramps including truncated domes, adjusting inlets and castings, installation of new storm sewer, and pulverizing/milling, and paving various streets that are included with the resurfacing program.
