Contract 9745 - MMB Flagpole Replacement

This contract consists of installation of a Sprayground at Rennebohm Park (115 N. Eau Claire Ave.). Work to include: -Water service lateral and associated pavement patching -Concrete paving (colored and standard) -Plumbing from command center to spray features -Spray feature installation -Shade structure installation -Site earthwork -Site restoration

The work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to, replacement of sanitary sewer main, replacement of sanitary laterals, replacement of water main, reconnection of water services, and replacement and installation of storm sewer pipes and structures, excavation, base preparation, curb and gutter, driveway aprons, sidewalk replacement, asphalt pavement, pavement marking and signing.

Furnishing and application or removal of epoxy pavement markings at locations throughout the City of Madison and per City of Madison Standard Pavement Marking Details or as shown on the plans provided by the City of Madison.

Work includes installation of roof anchors for solar racking attachment.

The work for this contract is to decommission the existing irrigation pump station, remove the pump motors, and cover the existing wet well. The contractor will provide and install a complete Watertronics irrigation pump station, including the equipment pad, wet well, intake flume/screen, and a prefabricated pump station enclosure powered by the existing transformer. Additionally, the irrigation system will be adjusted to align with revised golf course boundaries, with components cut, capped, sealed, and added/adjusted as indicated on the drawings. The contractor is also responsible for surveying all property boundaries.
