The Kenai Peninsula Borough (KPB) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional design services, surveying, and construction administration services for Dieckgraeff Road Design and Culvert Replacement. This project shall be funded in full through the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Disaster Grants - Public Assistance Program, a federal pass-through program, 75% federal / 25% state funding sources, administered by the Alaska Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Management. Federal funds for this project are identified by the Assistance Listing Number 97.036 Presidential Disaster Declaration DR-4161-AK PW0027.
