Remodeling existing office space on third floor to create new office suites, conference spaces, and student lounge. Remodeling second floor lounge for updated lounge and collaboration space as well as two tenant spaces. This project includes but is not limited to a full remodel of each space including, new layout, new walls, ceilings, and flooring, new casework and finishes, mechanical and electrical upgrades, plumbing upgrades, fires system upgrades, and new lighting.

This project will convert storage space on the main floor into eight single user accessible restrooms. The project consists of, but is not limited to, new bathroom fixtures, plumbing, and finishes.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, remodel of existing teaching laboratory space to accommodate textile science research laboratories. Work includes demolition of interior space including existing walls, casework, equipment, and finishes. New work includes, but is not limited to, new walls, casework, fume hoods, doors, finishes, and infill of existing wall openings and roof patching to accommodate new mechanical rooftop equipment. Mechanical scope includes new supply and exhaust ductwork, new building automation controls, and new plumbing to support lab equipment in the space. Electrical scope incudes a new panel, new power services to support lab equipment, new lighting, and new fire alarm devices. Fire protection scope includes removal and re-installation of sprinkler piping and heads in the space.

This project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of an additional air handling unit with an outdoor condenser and an exhaust fan system to serve Room 1100.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, structural reinforcing and repairs to the existing fire escapes at both the north and south ends of Barton Residence Hall and the existing west fire escape of Friley Residence Hall.
