Latham Hall Roof Replacement
All components of the existing roof assembly will be removed down to the structural steel roof deck. 060 EPDM will be adhered to the mechanically attached tapered insulation with a gypsum cover board set in low-rise insulation. Roof related architectural sheet metal will also be part of the overall project scope.
