Reconstruction of Panther Parkway ( W. 31st Street to W. 27th Street) - Phase 1 and reconstruction of West 27th Street (East of Minnesota Street). Remove existing rock ballast and EPDM membrane, remove existing insulation, adhere/mechanically attach new insulation, adhere new coverboard and install new fully adhered TPA membrane.

West Campus Recreation Field Enhancements
Construction of new recreation fields located east of the gravel road, PE Center Drive. New fields will be developed utilizing a balance site cut and fill approach. Site drainage, pedestrian access, irrigation of limited areas, and some fencing will be addressed. Additionally an existing metal storage building will be relocated.
