Parks & Recreation 23-13 2023 Tree Purchase & Planting FAIN 22-DG-11094200-096 The project consists of the purchasing and planting of trees at various public locations within the City of Sidney including all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, and any/all other necessary and proper items. BIDDER MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE OHIO NURSERY AND LANDSCAPE ASSOCIATION (ONLA). Additional education and experience shall be noted upon Bid submission. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the electronic Bid documents, particularly to the Federal Requirements, Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the Contract price. A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal HAS NOT been established for this project; however, DBEs are encouraged to review the project and consider submitting a bid.
