Echo Drive Extension
The project includes the construction for the extension of Echo Drive to connect with Folkerth Avenue including sanitary sewer & storm sewer.
Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the electronic Bid documents, particularly to the Federal Requirements, Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the Contract price.
A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal has not been established for this project; however, DBEs are encouraged to review the project and consider submitting a bid.
Current Federal regulation (23 CFR 635.410) requires all Bidders for Federal or Federal-Aid contracts to submit Bids based upon using only domestic steel and iron products only.

22-21 Linden Avenue Sanitary Sewer Replacement
The project consists of the replacement of approximately 1,820 l.f. of existing 8” sanitary sewer main on Linden Avenue and Forest Street from Michigan Street to Park Street including 6” sanitary laterals with inspection chambers and sanitary manholes. Also included is site restoration with resurfacing on Linden Avenue.

The project consists of the construction of 3,725 feet of asphalt recreational trail to replace an existing gravel drive. The asphalt trail will pass underneath the I-75 Bridge and tie into the existing asphalt Miami Erie Canal Trail. Two (2) driven steel sheet pile retaining walls will be constructed on the slopes of the I-75 Bridge.

The project includes three (3) public water supply wells that are to be drilled and constructed to replace three (3) existing wells (PW-9, PW-10, & PW-7) that have experienced irreversible capacity loss.

The project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, appurtenances, mobilization/demobilization, and bonding necessary to repair and stabilize concrete on an aeration basin catwalk that has separated.
