Custenborder Pickleball Courts REBID The project consists of the construction of four (4) pickleball courts at Custenborder Field including site work, seeding & mulching, installation of 6’ chainlink fence, net posts & netting, and pickleball court surfacing per plan specifications. 22-14 Monumental Building Window Repairs The project consists of repairing windows in the Monumental Building in accordance with the drawings & specifications provided. The contractor will remove storm glass, repair wood windows and trim, replace wood window frames and sash units, re-glaze, and then clean all windows and reinstall storm windows. Some windows are listed for complete replacement and will need to match the existing windows. Budget Estimate: $210,993

22-12 2022 Sanitary Manhole Replacements The project will remove deteriorated sanitary manholes in various locations throughout the City of Sidney and replace with structures compliant with new City Engineering Standards. The project also includes excavation, connections to the existing pipes, and asphalt repairs.
