The FHS Trail section will start at the northwest corner of Broad Avenue and Howard Street and end at the north entrance to Findlay High School, which also aligns with Foulke Avenue. West Park Sanitary Sewer Extension- Newell Street The base bid consists of installing a new 8-inch sanitary sewer on Newell St and a section on the north side of Lima Ave running towards Blaine Ave. Included in the base bid, but not limited to, is the addition of new service laterals for residents, sanitary structures, rock excavation, asphalt trench repair, sidewalk replacement, grading, and seeding. The base bid consists of installing 667 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and 134 LF of 6-inch sanitary sewer. Incidental items include, but not limited to, are adjustment of manholes, and joint sealing. Other minor work is described in the details for each segment of pavement.
