City of Findlay HAN-Greenway Trail Phase III, PID117097
This project consists of construction of the Blanchard River Greenway Trail extension along State Route 568 in the City of Findlay from the intersection of County Road 236 to Riverbend Park. Project consists of 1.5 miles of 10 FT. multi-use trail, including 0.15 miles along TR241 of striped multi-use roadway to tie into the existing path. Project includes 64-ft length prefabricated bridge.
The 2023 Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Materials Specifications shall be followed. Required modifications to the ODOT specifications are noted herein. City of Findlay Specifications and Standard Drawings shall also be adhered to where applicable and are available at the City of Findlay Engineering Department, 318 Dorney Plaza, Findlay, OH 45840. Federal prevailing wages shall apply.
The DBE goal for this project is 6%.

Project Description: The City of Findlay seeks a contract for the labor and materials for up to four fitness pads at the Miracle Park, located at 3430 North Main St, Findlay, OH 45480. The proposed outcome is 25-35 targeted inclusive pieces of fitness equipment installed on safety surface pads. Contractor will not be responsible for site preparation apart from the final grade and installation of safety surface. Costs associated with the project may not exceed $352,000.00. Engineer’s Estimate: $320,000.00.
This project is funded by Community Development Block Grant funds. Those submitting proposals shall be aware of the required Federal and State Requirements, including Equal Employment Opportunity and Section 3 Requirements. This project is subject to Davis-Bacon Federal Prevailing Wage.

2025 Annual Sewer & Manhole Lining Program
The project consists of no-dig rehabilitation of several deteriorating sanitary sewer lines and Manholes in the City of Findlay (hereinafter referred to as “City”). Incidental to the lining shall be the reinstatement of sewer service laterals without excavation.
The Base Bid includes several sewer and manhole locations in different areas of the City. Some sewer lines and manholes to be lined are in close proximity of each other while others are somewhat isolated. The sizes to be lined include 8-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch, 15-inch sewers. Bidders are requested to provide a unit price per foot based on the size of host pipe and a unit price per vertical liner foot for manholes. If sizes, lengths, depths or any other changes significantly differ from the provided information, the City will work with the Contractor to make accurate price adjustments.

This project consists of the removal of the existing generator at the Water Treatment Plant and the installation of a new generator and components. The City of Findlay has purchased the generator and the EHouse for the associated work. The selected contractor will be working with the City’s vendors to finish the installation of the new generator set. Work under this contract includes, but is not limited to; removal and backfill of underground diesel storage tank, removal of existing generators, EHouse foundation and placement, generator foundation and placement, electrical duct bank installation, asphalt paving, grading and seeding.
