The selected firm will evaluate and review the existing SCDA and network system for the City of Findlay’s Water Treatment Plant. As well as all process control, development of appropriate back up procedures as well as an efficient method of changing over to local control of each of the process control units. The firm will make recommendations of communication improvements with the plant and all satellite sites. An evaluation of process controls at the reservoir sites will need to be completed as well as recommendations of appropriate upgrades. To include but not limited to additional data points to be monitored at the reservoir location. Upon completion of the evaluation, on-site interviews, and technical discussions a set of recommendations will be developed. The recommendations will include but not limited to the subjects of the overall SCADA supporting networking system architecture, standard hardware and software components and their integration, and data access from off SCADA network system. The desire is for a modern robust SCADA system that has the potential to grow as technology changes and the plant is modified in years to come. Integration of cameras and tablets will be a plus in the consideration of the new system yet maintaining the security and quality of the current system.

The Cube, located in Findlay, Ohio are performing needed Code Updates to the existing building. This project will consist of exterior waterline and storm sewer work, new CMU building structure, Zamboni drainage pit, new HVAC mechanical, plumbing and electrical updates.

City of Findlay-2018 Annual Pavement Marking Project. This project consist of pavement marking for various streets in the City of Findlay, markings within the project are Double Yellow Centerline, Dashed Yellow Line, Dashed White Line, and White Edge Line.

Fishlock Avenue- Waterline Replacement and Resurfacing Project. City of Findlay will be making improvements to Fishlock Ave. This project will consist of, but not limited to; waterline replacement, curb ramp upgrade, curb replacement, and asphalt paving.
