City of Findlay 2019 Annual Sewer Televising Program-This program consists of performing closed circuit television inspection on various storm and sanitary sewers located within the City of Findlay. This program will assess the condition of the selected sewer lines, and present the information to the City of Findlay so that the information can be used to make decisions regarding rehabilitation and/ or replacement. The sewers will be rated by using a standardized field investigation approach to efficiently utilize time and resources when evaluating the selected sewers. This project shall consist of, but not limited to, sewer cleaning as necessary for proper sewer evaluating, CCTV recordings, evaluating and rating of recorded sewers, and electronic format submission of recorded/ evaluated sewers. This project consists of installing a new 8-inch C909 waterline on Olive Street., running along the south side of the roadway, in the center westbound lane of Olive Street., from S. Main Street to the west side of Fairmount Drive. The new waterline will need to be directional drilled under S. Main Street to the west side of the southbound curb, to tap onto the existing 6-inch line. This project shall consist of, but not limited to, 960 LF of 8-inch C909 waterline, 100 LF of 8-inch directional drill (alternate), 100 LF of 6-inch waterline, full depth pavement repair, waterline tie-ins, waterline abandonments, fire hydrant removal, hydrant replacement, misc. fittings, seeding and mulching. City of Findlay Reservoir Infrastructure Improvements. Work under Contract includes, but is not limited to, replacing existing valve vault valves and piping, rehabilitating the (2) concrete reservoir transfer pipes, and automating the valves at pump station #1 to open for emergency draining of the reservoirs. The work also includes adding actuators to two existing effluent valves at Reservoirs #1 and #2. City of Findlay E. Bigelow Avenue 12-inch Waterline Replacement This project consists of installing a new 12-inch C909 waterline on E. Bigelow Ave., running along the north side of the roadway, in the center westbound lane of E. Bigelow Ave., from N. Main Street to the east side of the CSX Tracks. From the existing 12-inch waterline located on E. Bigelow Ave., just east of the Main Street intersection the proposed waterline will extend east toward the CSX Railroad. Once at the CSX tracks the proposed waterline will be jack and bored under the tracks with a 20-inch casing pipe. After the CSX Jack and Bore, the waterline will continue to the east roughly 100 LF and tie back into the existing 12-inch that is located on the north side of E. Bigelow. This project shall consist of, but not limited to, 1300 LF of 12-inch C909 waterline, 60 LF of 20-inch casing pipe jack and bore, 60 LF of 12-inch Certalock waterline, , 60 LF of 6-inch waterline, full depth pavement repair, waterline tie-ins, waterline abandonments, fire hydrant removal, hydrant replacement, misc. fittings, seeding and mulching. Substantial Completion Date: October 4, 2019 Final Completion Date: November 8, 2019 Engineer’s Estimate: $260,000.00

City of Findlay Pavement Marking
City of Findlay-2019 Annual Pavement Marking Project. This project will consist of pavement marking in various locations across the City of Findlay. Due to fading existing pavement markings will need new paint to be applied to them. This project will consist of four different types of markings, dashed white (37.29 mile), dashed yellow (8.30 mile, double yellow (45.25 mile), and white edge line (30.37 mile). All paint must adhere to Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices standards. EXPECTED START DATE: August 1, 2019 FINAL COMPLETION DATE: September 20, 2019 ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE: $ 55,000
