City of Findlay HAN-Findlay Melrose & Broad Avenue, PID117615 This project consists of nearly 11,400 linear feet of curb removal and replacement and/or pavement planning (approximately 25,535 SY) and resurfacing (approximately 1,419 CY) on Melrose and Broad Avenue within the City of Findlay and Hancock County. Incidental items include necessary sidewalk or curb ramp replacement (approximately 6,145 SF), treatment of shoulders, adjustment catch basins, and grading and seeding. Other minor work is described in the details for each segment of pavement. The 2023 Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Materials Specifications shall be followed. Required modifications to the ODOT specifications are noted herein. Federal prevailing wages shall apply. The intent is to conduct a holistic plan for the CITY’s Water Treatment Plant and distribution system that identifies deficiencies and improvements required by the City to address regulatory compliance, safety, technology improvements, process innovations, aging infrastructure, and anticipated future water demands. In particular, The City is seeking a firm with demonstrated expertise and competence in conventional water treatment process evaluation, design and construction. This project consists of the replacement of the gravity sanitary sewer system in the Spring Lake Subdivision. The project will include but not be limited to 5,365 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 1,902 LF of 10-inch sanitary sewer, 720 LF of 12-inch sanitary sewer, 1,941 LF of 15-inch sanitary sewer, 37 sanitary manholes, 10-foot diameter wet well and pumps, 8-foot diameter valve box and valves and 1,719 LF of 8-inch forcemain. Abandoning of the existing system, removal of manholes, grading & seeding, maintenance of traffic and asphalt pavement repair, as required, are also included. The existing system must remain in service until the new pump station and forcemain are installed and operational or an alternative plan is approved. Estimated Cost: $3,237,000

This project consists of the installation of a gravity sewer system to replace the grinder pump/forcemain system in the Eastgate Subdivision. The project runs the entirety of Hickory Lane and extends through private property to a gravity sewer on Beechwood Road. Included in the sanitary sewer improvement, but not limited to, is approximately 3,785 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 17 sanitary manhole installations, and connections to approximately 15 residential force mains. Pavement trench repair as required and grading & seeding is also included. Service to the residences must be maintained during construction. Construction Estimate $899,000.
