Item # 38 - Police Department Uniforms - The City of Findlay is accepting proposals for supply and delivery of Fire Department Uniforms to be used by the Findlay Fire Department for the period of January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

Item #8 - Activated Carbon- The City of Findlay is accepting proposals for Activated Carbon for the period of January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

Item #61 - Temporary Staffing Services - The City of Findlay is accepting proposals for temporary staffing services to fill various seasonal employee positions for the period of January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

City of Findlay- CUBE Parking Lot Resurfacing Phase One This project consists of planning and resurfacing a section of the existing parking lots at the CUBE, located at 3430 North Main Street. The 2019 Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Materials Specifications shall be followed. Required modifications to the ODOT specifications are noted herein. City of Findlay Specifications and Standard Drawings shall also be adhered to where applicable and are available at the City of Findlay Engineering Department, 318 Dorney Plaza, Findlay, OH 45840. The project is funded through the City of Findlay’s Capital Improvements Fund. State prevailing wages and the City of Findlay income taxes shall apply. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any accepted Alternates as selected by the City of Findlay. City of Findlay 2019 Annual Sewer Televising Program-This program consists of performing closed circuit television inspection on various storm and sanitary sewers located within the City of Findlay. This program will assess the condition of the selected sewer lines, and present the information to the City of Findlay so that the information can be used to make decisions regarding rehabilitation and/ or replacement. The sewers will be rated by using a standardized field investigation approach to efficiently utilize time and resources when evaluating the selected sewers. This project shall consist of, but not limited to, sewer cleaning as necessary for proper sewer evaluating, CCTV recordings, evaluating and rating of recorded sewers, and electronic format submission of recorded/ evaluated sewers.
