City of Findlay E. Bigelow Avenue 12-inch Waterline Replacement
This project consists of installing a new 12-inch C909 waterline on E. Bigelow Ave., running along the north side of the roadway, in the center westbound lane of E. Bigelow Ave., from N. Main Street to the east side of the CSX Tracks. From the existing 12-inch waterline located on E. Bigelow Ave., just east of the Main Street intersection the proposed waterline will extend east toward the CSX Railroad. Once at the CSX tracks the proposed waterline will be jack and bored under the tracks with a 20-inch casing pipe. After the CSX Jack and Bore, the waterline will continue to the east roughly 100 LF and tie back into the existing 12-inch that is located on the north side of E. Bigelow.
This project shall consist of, but not limited to, 1300 LF of 12-inch C909 waterline, 60 LF of 20-inch casing pipe jack and bore, 60 LF of 12-inch Certalock waterline, , 60 LF of 6-inch waterline, full depth pavement repair, waterline tie-ins, waterline abandonments, fire hydrant removal, hydrant replacement, misc. fittings, seeding and mulching.
Substantial Completion Date: October 4, 2019
Final Completion Date: November 8, 2019
Engineer’s Estimate: $260,000.00

City of Findlay Pavement Marking
City of Findlay-2019 Annual Pavement Marking Project.
This project will consist of pavement marking in various locations across the City of Findlay. Due to fading existing pavement markings will need new paint to be applied to them. This project will consist of four different types of markings, dashed white (37.29 mile), dashed yellow (8.30 mile, double yellow (45.25 mile), and white edge line (30.37 mile). All paint must adhere to Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices standards.

City of Findlay Blanchard Street 16-inch Waterline Replacement.
This project consists of installing a new 16-inch C905 waterline on South Blanchard Street, running along the east side of the roadway, from E. Sandusky Street to Sixth Street. From an existing 36-inch waterline stub located on South Blanchard Street just south of the E. Sandusky Street intersection the proposed waterline will extend south toward Eagle Creek. The proposed waterline will be jack and bored under eagle creek with a 22-inch casing pipe. After the Eagle Creek bore the waterline will continue to the south side of the Sixth Street intersection and tie into the existing 10-inch waterlines in the area. This project will consist of multiple waterline abandonments and tie-ins within the project limits. Due to the depth of the existing sewers and sewer laterals, the proposed 16-inch waterline is expected to be 9 foot deep for majority of the run. As part of the proposed waterline project there will be 180 LF of the 16-inch waterline that will need to be jack and bored with a 22-inch casing pipe from north side of Eagle Creek to the south side. The 16-inch waterline pipe running through the casing pipe shall be C905 Certalock pipe, or equal.
This project shall consist of, but not limited to, 5100 LF of 16-inch C905 waterline, 180 LF of 22-inch casing pipe jack and bore 180 LF of 16-inch Certalock waterline, 110 LF of 12-inch C909 waterline, 60 LF of 10-inch C909 waterline, 100 LF of 8-inch waterline, 60 LF of 6-inch waterline, full depth pavement repair, waterline tie-ins, waterline abandonments, fire hydrant removal, hydrant replacement, misc. fittings, seeding and mulching.
Substantial Completion Date: September 27, 2019
Final Completion Date: November 1, 2019

Incidental items include necessary sidewalk or curb ramp replacement (approximately 8,500 SF), concrete drive replacement (approximately 690 SY), asphalt drive replacement (approximately 952 SY), adjustment of manholes and catch basins, grading and seeding. Other minor work is described in the details for each segment of pavement. The project will be split up into two different groups to ensure some of the larger sections of road are completed before school is in session.
The 2016 Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Materials Specifications shall be followed. Required modifications to the ODOT specifications are noted herein. City of Findlay Specifications and Standard Drawings shall also be adhered to where applicable and are available at the City of Findlay Engineering Department, 318 Dorney Plaza, Findlay, OH 45840.
The project is funded through the City of Findlay’s Capital Improvements Fund. State prevailing wages and the City of Findlay income taxes shall apply.
The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any accepted Alternates as selected by the City of Findlay.

City of Findlay- Municipal Building Video Recording System Upgrade.
City of Findlay is seeking a replacement to the current CCTV video monitoring system with a new IP based camera system. The camera upgrade will be performed in the City of Findlay Municipal Building (318 Dorney Plaza, Findlay Ohio). The new system shall provide sufficient PoE IP Cameras for thorough coverage of all public areas (internal and external) of the Municipal Building and other areas the City deems important. The camera system will need to be capable of but not limited to; using the City's Hyper-V virtual server cluster, be able to store recorded video to multiple locations, integrating with alarm systems, allow secure access to live feeds form outside the City's network, and allow seamless integration with current software suite.

City of Findlay Stanford Parkway Waterline-

This project consists of constructing a 12-inch C909 waterline running along Stanford Parkway from Westfield Drive to River Road. From the Stanford Parkway/ River Road intersection the waterline will be continued to the east to tie into an existing waterline that feeds the City of Findlay Water Pollution Control Center. From the same intersection, the waterline will be bored under the Blanchard River, to tie into the existing 12-inch waterline that is located on Howard St. Majority of the waterline will be in the grass boulevard on the East side of Stanford Parkway crossing a few concrete and asphalt driveways; it will be placed in the roadway on River Road, requiring full depth trench repair in this location. North of the Blanchard River the waterline will be placed in the grass on the south side of Howard St. There will be 180 LF of the 12-inch waterline that will need to be jack and bored with a 24-inch casing pipe from River Road north under the Blanchard River to Howard Street. This project shall consist of, but not limited to, 1384 LF of 12-inch C909 waterline, 180 LF of 24-inch casing pipe jack and bore, concrete and asphalt drive replacement, waterline tie-ins, waterline abandonments, misc. fittings, seeding and mulching.
