storage enclosure at the facility to safely house increased medical oxygen cylinder capacity in compliance with NFPA 99 standards, featuring secure noncombustible construction, proper ventilation, cylinder restraints, and required safety signage. The scope includes installation of additional medical oxygen drops in targeted patient care areas via new copper piping, zone valves, and alarm integrations, along with the strategic relocation of existing medical gas equipment to optimize accessibility, maintenance, and system redundancy. All work will involve phased implementation to minimize disruptions, full system purging, pressure testing, third party certification, and verification to ensure code-compliant, safe, and reliable medical gas delivery supporting current operations and future facility expansion.

OSU Main Campus: The project includes repairs to the exterior brick masonry façade at the east end of the north elevation of Doan Hall. The masonry repairs include the replacement of the through-wall flashing at shelf angles/lintels, isolated shelf angle replacement, brick masonry replacement at isolated distress, installation of brick masonry infill at former air conditioning units, installation of through-wall anchors, sawcutting of existing and new brick masonry expansion joints, joint sealant abatement and installation, masonry cleaning and the application of a clear water repellent. Additionally, the project includes installation of new storm windows at operable portions of the existing windows. The work is divided into 2 phases presented as follows:
