The work consists of the removal and replacement of existing fire alarm systems in Morrill Tower with new, addressable systems, replacement of the resident advisor intercom system, and addition of a building DAS (distributed antenna system). Related work includes the addition of a fire command center on the first floor, hazardous materials abatement related directly to the scope of work in the contract documents other than the resident sleeping rooms, and patching/painting of walls at removed equipment. Provide overall project management and coordination with the abatement contractor efforts in the resident dormitory pods.

Doan Hall, 410 W. 10th Ave: This project will include upgrading the HVAC and lighting systems in the 45’s series IT rooms Doan Hall.

OSU Main Campus: The purpose of this project is to install a standby generator and automatic transfer switch to serve the entire building. The existing generator shall be removed. The existing service entrance equipment shall be rebuilt to eliminate the six existing main switches and instead provide a single main disconnect switch.

Renovation approximately 11,000 SF for tenant lease space on the second floor. Space to have two separate entrances for Family Medicine and Mammography. The Family Medicine space will also contain an Optometry clinic.

OSU Columbus Campus: (REBID) Interior Renovation – renovate approximately 1,000 square feet of unused laboratory space in Parks Hall, converting it to office space. Existing finishes, casework, and partitions within the space will be demolished. A portion of the demolition work will be abatement of hazardous materials. New partitions and finishes will be constructed. HVAC and electrical work will be primarily limited to demolition and construction within the space. Technology work will be primarily in the space, with a primary connection to the Data room 130M on the same floor.
