The renovation of existing steel building used as a horse barn. Project will replace roof and translucent roof panels, new gutters and downspout leaders, removal of rust from structural members, painting of steel members, replacement of steel purlins and girts as identified, alternate including replacement of steels siding, installation and partial replacement of 2x12 wood boards, installation of approximately 30 lineal feet concrete curb, minor work with electrical to permit access to work.

The Project consists of interior renovations to support new offices on the 12th floor of Lincoln Tower on The Ohio State University’s main campus. The renovation consists of new interior partitions, along with new mechanicals, plumbing and electrical equipment throughout the entire floor.
The construction timeline will be separated into two phases:
12th Floor Phase 1 – November 28th thru January 8th
12th Floor Phase 2 – May 15th thru August 30th
247 days for entire contract from NTP with a 127 days break between 01/08/2021 and 05/15/2021.

OSU Main Campus: The purpose of this project is to install a standby generator and automatic transfer switch to serve the entire building. The existing generator shall be removed. The existing service entrance equipment shall be rebuilt to eliminate the six existing main switches and instead provide a single main disconnect switch.
