The work includes the replacement of an existing packaged RTU on the first floor roof of Hopewell Hall. The existing unit is a packaged DX cooling unit with hot water heat. The new unit will be of like design. Existing duct connection points to remain in the same place. Electrical power to RTU equipment will be replaced. Lightning protection system will be extended to new RTU. The single ply membrane roof system will require modifications to allow for the new unit and duct. A small portion of roof railing for fall protection.
