The project includes a new roadway, traffic signal, shared use path, lighting, and landscape improvements for a new entrance road at Country Club and Londondale intersection onto OSU Newark campus.

Installation of a new cage washer in the basement floor of the building, work includes removal of existing cage washer, demo of walls, pit and door, installation of new cage washer (By Tecniplast Vendor), Patching, Repair and final connections as needed, Additional utility upgrades including a new compressor are included. All noisy work is to occur after normal operating hours.

Interior renovation of Ross Heart Hospital Administrative Suite located on the first floor of the Ross Heart Hospital. The interior renovation consists of floor plan changes to reconfigure office walls, break room, and increasing the size of the unisex restroom to meet current accessibility requirements. The renovation also includes an alternate to remove the existing moveable partition dividing two conference rooms outside the administrative suite. A new permanent metal stud partition will be built in its location as part of this alternate bid.
