Renovate approximately 752 SF of the third floor of Evans Lab, at 88 West 18th Avenue, Columbus, OH. The project scope includes the following Rooms on the Third Floor: 3021 and 3023. The scope of the project is to convert existing lab spaces into office areas to accommodate graduate student workspaces. The renovation will upgrade finishes, plumbing for a new coffee station with sink, minor alterations to HVAC throughout the project area, provide new lighting, and additional power as required to accommodate workstations. Alternate G-1 to provide and install new flooring, remove existing window coverings and provide and install new roller shades. Alternate H-1 to remove existing sheet metal cover and provide and install new finned tube cover.

The Project consists of the installation of an 8-inch domestic cold waterline in the Sisson Hall parking lot that cross connects with the 20-inch OSU domestic cold waterline on the east side of Olentangy River Road. The line will be installed via a jack and bore method and will be connected to the existing OSU 20-inch OSU main domestic cold water line using a tapping sleeve per OSU BDS Division 33.
