Renovate approximately 752 SF of the third floor of Evans Lab, at 88 West 18th Avenue, Columbus, OH. The project scope includes the following Rooms on the Third Floor: 3021 and 3023. The scope of the project is to convert existing lab spaces into office areas to accommodate graduate student workspaces. The renovation will upgrade finishes, plumbing for a new coffee station with sink, minor alterations to HVAC throughout the project area, provide new lighting, and additional power as required to accommodate workstations. Alternate G-1 to provide and install new flooring, remove existing window coverings and provide and install new roller shades. Alternate H-1 to remove existing sheet metal cover and provide and install new finned tube cover.

Interior renovation to add automated picking equipment to the existing pharmacy. Pharmacy will continue to operate during construction. Work will be sequenced to accommodate operations.

Renovation of the existing public restrooms located on the first floor of Ross Heart Hospital, 452 West 10the Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. The project scope includes Rooms H1209T Women’s Restroom (255 SF), H1210T Men’s Restroom (198 SF), as well as the entry space located before each restroom (36 SF each). The scope of the renovations will upgrade finishes in the existing spaces identified above. Alternate G-1 is to replace the existing drinking fountain with new, along with panel screens so that it complies with ADA.

OSU HVAC Replacements FY 2020 This project will renovate and update building HVAC systems in buildings constructed after 1999.

Renovation of approximately 2,470 square feet of tenant space of the Neurology Suite located at Outpatient Gahanna. The renovation is the conversion of an existing infusion space into exam rooms, team rooms, and support space.
