The Project consists of interior renovations to support new offices on the 12th floor of Lincoln Tower on The Ohio State University’s main campus. The renovation consists of new interior partitions, along with new mechanicals, plumbing and electrical equipment throughout the entire floor.
The construction timeline will be separated into two phases:
12th Floor Phase 1 – November 28th thru January 8th
12th Floor Phase 2 – May 15th thru August 30th
247 days for entire contract from NTP with a 127 days break between 01/08/2021 and 05/15/2021.

OSU Main Campus: The purpose of this project is to install a standby generator and automatic transfer switch to serve the entire building. The existing generator shall be removed.
