Restoration of landscaping elements surrounding new, replacement or refurbished signs including, but not limited to pavers, asphalt, mulch beds and grass.
Demolition and proper disposal of signs, posts and concrete bases. If sign is not replaced, fill holes left by base removal and patch according to surrounding landscape
