City Hall Tenant Improvement Garden Level

As will the two service windows. The elevator entry will be provided with a new elevator smoke curtain, as specified in the documents. A continuous new hallway between the entry foyer and a one-hour vestibule at the east end of the building will be provided by adding full height walls at selected locations.
