Guide for vendors/contractors using Bid Express for the first time

The City of San Rafael (City) hereby requests proposals for janitorial services for City facilities. It is the intent of the City to hire a fully-licensed contractor. The project is located at San Rafael High School and Third Street, and involves the installation of a pedestrian hybrid beacon system (HAWK), construction of new curb ramps, curb and gutter, and other miscellaneous flatwork, utility adjustment, storm drain pipe installation, irrigation and landscaping, and installation of signage and striping.
