Fire Station 38 Renovations
Fire Station 38 Interior Renovation - Kitchen & Dayroom
This project consists of renovating the kitchen and dayroom portion of Fire Station 38, which is located at 140 West Indiana Avenue, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551.
This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
In order to be considered responsive, the contractor and all subcontractors will need to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023 which was passed in April of 2023. A copy of the Ordinance 08-2023 is included in the attachment list.
There will be a mandatory prebid meeting on March 17, 2026 at 10:00 am. Bidders should meet at the Engineering Department (127 W Fifth Street). After some general information and discussion, the meeting will move across the alley to the Fire Station so that the potential bidders can see the proposed work area.
The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any Alternatives that are accepted.

Replacing (4) existing hypervisors with (4) new Cisco ESXi Hypervisors, Two hypervisors per site. Include perpetual Microsoft licensing and CALs for each Replacing (2) NAS storage devices with (2) new EverPure (formerly Pure Storage) SAN arrays One per site
Professional services to be performed in person at both sites for:
Installation, configuration, and integration of all hardware and licensing listed in the attached fixed Bill of Materials (BOM) and software including vSphere, vCenter, etc.

The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) is seeking Request for Qualification (RFQs) from qualified firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection Services specifically for the Water Main Replacement Contract 11, which encompasses work along Front Street, Second Street, and Third Street. The primary objective of this project is to ensure the successful replacement of the water main infrastructure within these corridors, adhering to all safety standards, and minimizing disruption to the community.
The CITY intends to select a firm with proven experience in construction engineering and inspection services for municipal water main projects. Firms should also demonstrate a thorough understanding of the required documentation, submittals, and regulatory compliance necessary to effectively inspect and oversee the Water Main Replacement Contract 11.

WOO SR25 MUP
This project will construct a ten (10) foot wide multi-use path along the west side of State Route 25 (N Dixie Highway/West Boundary Street) from the I-475 Interchange to the existing multi-use path along State Route 65. The project includes all necessary and related work such as: paving, earthwork, aggregate base, restoration, clearing, and other related items.
The 2023 Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Materials Specifications shall be followed. Required modifications to the ODOT specifications are noted herein. City of Perrysburg Specifications and Standard Drawings shall also be adhered to where applicable and are available at the City of Perrysburg Engineering Department, 127 West Fifth Street, Perrysburg, OH 43551. Federal prevailing wages shall apply.
The SBE goal for this project is 6%.
In order to be considered responsive, the contractor and all subcontractors will need to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023 which was passed in April of 2023. A copy of the Ordinance 08-2023 is included in the attachment list.
Final Completion: On or before October 15, 2026

Perrysburg 2026 Sidewalk Program
Perrysburg 2026 Sidewalk Program
This project consists of repairing City sidewalks by lifting, leveling or grinding of any City sidewalk section that has been identified in need of repair or fully replacing sections that are beyond the repair specifications.
The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid.
As part of the 2025 Sidewalk Program approximately 31,100 sf of sidewalk was lifted, 2,500 sf of sidewalk was replaced and 640 lf of sidewalk was ground down.

2026 Pavement Markings
This project will consist of pavement marking in various locations across the City of Perrysburg. Due to fading, the existing pavement markings need new paint to be applied to them. All paint must adhere to the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices standards.

2026 Annual Resurfacing Program
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project consists of milling and resurfacing, curb replacement and other associated work of Sutton Place, Holbrook Court, Stone Creek Court, Seneca Creek Court, Indian Creek Drive, Little Creek Drive, Pauly Drive, Heilman Drive, Nora Drive-Iron Trail, Southpoint Road, Woodstream Road and Carronade Drive Multiuse Path.
The 2023 Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Materials Specifications shall be followed. Required modifications to the ODOT specifications are noted herein. City of Perrysburg Specifications and Standard Drawings shall also be adhered to where applicable and are available at the City of Perrysburg Engineering Department, 127 West Fifth Street, Perrysburg, OH 43551. All work is located within the City of Perrysburg corporation limits and is thereby eligible for City Income Tax collection.

RFQ for Construction Inspection Services
The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) wishes to enhance safety for pedestrians and bicyclists by adding a multi-use path on Dixie Highway (SR 25) and West Boundary Street from the end of the existing path, on the north side of the diverging diamond north to Indiana Avenue. The CITY is now requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide construction inspection services needed to construct the multi-use path.
The intent is to select a firm that will provide construction inspection services on the City’s behalf. This is a Local-let project with federal grant dollars involved so all firms submitting qualification packages shall be prequalified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for Construction Management and shall demonstrate that they are familiar with all forms, submittals, policies, etc. that will be needed to inspect the project.

RFQ for Engineering Services to Update the Corridor Traffic Study for State Route 25, Roachton Road and Eckel Junction Road
The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) wishes to update an existing traffic study that was created in 2011 and last updated in 2017. With the development that has occurred near this corridor and with the City of Perrysburg Land Use Plan being updated, now is a good time to update the study to better reflect the existing conditions and the direction in which the future development in expected to occur.
The intent is to select a firm that will update the existing data in the report and will look at the updated land use plan to update traffic projections to make updated recommendations for the corridor.

Prequalification for Professional Services
The City of Perrysburg is accepting qualifications for various professional services for calendar year 2026 and 2027. Prequalification only applies to design professional work under $50,000 per ORC 153.71.
Potential projects potentially include but are not limited to resurfacing, traffic studies, geotechnical reports, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, material testing, grant writing/funding alternative services, GIS services, sustainability/energy efficiency consulting, right of way plans, water distribution design, sanitary sewer collection design, wastewater treatment plant improvements, storm water management, landscape architecture, general architecture and survey work. Roadway projects with Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) participation require the consultant to be ODOT pre-certified. Any firm submitting for residential/commercial inspection needs to also include all storm water certifications currently held.

Ft Meigs Road Ditch Repair and Multi-Use Path
This project consists of cleaning, regrading and making improvements to the existing ditch. There will also be sheet piling installation, landscaping, wooden fence installation and installation of a 10 foot multi-use path along the west side of Fort Meigs road from Eckel Junction Road to State Route 65 (West River Road).
