Hosted IP Telephony The City of Perrysburg (“City” or “Customer”) seeks proposals to this RFP from hosted IP telephony providers for a UCaaS solution to replace their current telephone system. The City currently uses a premise-based NEC SV8100/SV9100 telephone system supporting somewhat less than 200 users. The City is seeking proposals for a 36-month contract with the ability to re-contract for additional one- or two-year extensions. This project consists of removing some interior walls, enclosing some existing door and interior window openings, constructing some new interior walls and making modifications to the HVAC and electrical systems for the spaces created. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. In order to be considered responsive, the contractor and all subcontractors will need to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023 which was passed in April of 2023. The City of Perrysburg hereby invites qualified firms to provide all labor & materials for the reconstruction of traffic signal installations at Indiana Avenue/Elm Street intersection and Indiana Avenue/E. Boundary Street Intersection. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. This project will consist of pavement marking in various locations across the City of Perrysburg. Due to fading, the existing pavement markings need new paint to be applied to them. All paint must adhere to the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices standards. 2025 Annual Resurfacing Program This project consists of milling and resurfacing, curb replacement and other associated work of Ottawa Lane, Delaware Drive, Adams Court, Chippewa Lane, Cranden Drive, Cranden Court, Ottekee Drive, Mohawk Drive, Tonbridge Court, Woodstream Road. The 2023 Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Materials Specifications shall be followed. Required modifications to the ODOT specifications are noted herein. City of Perrysburg Specifications and Standard Drawings shall also be adhered to where applicable and are available at the City of Perrysburg Engineering Department, 127 West Fifth Street, Perrysburg, OH 43551. State prevailing wages shall apply. All work is located within the City of Perrysburg corporation limits and is thereby eligible for City Income Tax collection. In order to be considered responsive, the contractor and all subcontractors will need to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023 which was passed in April of 2023.
