Ft Meigs Road Ditch Repair and Multi-Use Path
This project consists of cleaning, regrading and making improvements to the existing ditch. There will also be sheet piling installation, landscaping, wooden fence installation and installation of a 10 foot multi-use path along the west side of Fort Meigs road from Eckel Junction Road to State Route 65 (West River Road).
This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
In order to be considered responsive, the contractor and all subcontractors will need to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023 which was passed in April of 2023. A copy of the Ordinance 08-2023 is included in the attachment list.
The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any Alternatives that are accepted.
Final Completion for the project: November 1, 2026

Prequalification for Professional Services
The City of Perrysburg is accepting qualifications for various professional services for calendar year 2026 and 2027. Prequalification only applies to design professional work under $50,000 per ORC 153.71.
Potential projects potentially include but are not limited to resurfacing, traffic studies, geotechnical reports, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, material testing, grant writing/funding alternative services, GIS services, sustainability/energy efficiency consulting, right of way plans, water distribution design, sanitary sewer collection design, wastewater treatment plant improvements, storm water management, landscape architecture, general architecture and survey work. Roadway projects with Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) participation require the consultant to be ODOT pre-certified. Any firm submitting for residential/commercial inspection needs to also include all storm water certifications currently held.

RFQ Stormwater Utility Fee Development and Implementation
The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) is conducting a qualification based selection process for assistance in the development and implementation of a stormwater utility fee (or other alternative funding system) that is fair, equitable, legally defensible, and publically acceptable. Qualified firms will have experience in the development of a municipal stormwater utility fee in the State of Ohio.
There is no assurance that the stormwater utility fee will be approved for implementation, so the proposed tasks will be structured in phases that allow for authorization to proceed at specific milestones, minimizing the unnecessary expenditures of funds and effort if the City does not proceed with the stormwater utility.

RFQ Design and Implementation of AMI System
The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) is seeking a highly qualified company to design, furnish and install an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) system that provides for automated reading of water meters including meters, infrastructure for transmitting and receiving data, installation, hardware, software and training. The system shall provide for remote functions such as meter reading, usage management, endpoint alarm and/or alerts handling for low/high usage, reverse or no flow situations, leak detection, tamper alerts as well as battery health. Detailed specifications for the AMI System are attached.

RFQ Orleans Park Extended MultiUse Path
The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) would like to take the existing multiuse path (that currently ends at the north end of the parking lot at Orleans Park) and extend it to the east (through the wooded area to West Boundary Street extended. The wooded area does contain wetland areas. Through the wetland areas, the City would like to use a boardwalk (either wooden or TerraTread) to minimize the impact to those areas. The CITY is now requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide design services for construction documents for the proposed improvements. Design services will also include all permitting required to construct the boardwalk through the wetland areas.
The intent is to create a full set of construction drawings, including specifications that can be bid so that a Contractor can be selected to perform any required improvements.

The purchase-of -service agreement will be for three years, with two (2) additional one-year options, beginning on or about September 1, 2023. Fire Station 38 Kitchen-Day Room Renovations
The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) would like to renovate the existing kitchen and dayroom in Fire Station 39 to make the update the layout and make it more efficient. Proposed work will include removal of some interior walls, construction of new interior walls, relocating existing refrigerator and freezer, installing a new gas stove, installation of a new hood ventilation system, installation of new counters and island, relocating dishwasher and ice machine, new flooring and other appurtenances. The CITY is now requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide architectural design services for construction documents for the proposed improvements.
The intent is to create a full set of construction drawings, including specifications that can be bid so that a Contractor can be selected to perform any required improvements.
