The work includes replacement and installation of new storm sewer pipes and structures, installation of concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter, replacement of asphalt pavement, and replacement of driveway aprons.

The work includes but is not limited to replacement of storm sewer main and storm sewer structures, excavation, base preparation, curb and gutter, driveway aprons, sidewalk replacement, asphalt pavement, pavement marking, and signing.

Furnishing and application or removal of epoxy pavement markings at locations throughout the City of Madison and per City of Madison Standard Pavement Marking Details or as shown on the plans provided by the City of Madison.

This work includes replacing defective sidewalk, curb and gutter, and sidewalk ramps, including truncated domes (supplied by the City of Madison), and associated work.

The work includes constructing up to 6538 linear feet of off-road, natural surface, bike optimized, single track trail in Sycamore Park. The trail consists of natural material constructed using a “lift and tilt” method to create a sustainable surface. A portion of the trail will be an all-weather feature trail using a chip seal product to allow all weather use. Technical trail features are added to both trail type to enhance riding experience. These features are constructed of native stone and imported stone where needed.
