Per Attachment A of the Bid Information, the SDB/VBE Goals for this project are: SDB - 6%, VBE - 3%. If a bidder intends to meet the SDB goal in full, they must submit SDB-2, SDB-3, and SDB-3.1. If a bidder is seeking a full good faith efforts waiver (not agreeing to meet any portion of the SDB participation goal), they must submit SDB-2 and the information requested in SDB-5 (parts 1-5). If a bidder is seeking a good faith efforts waiver from a part of the SDB participation goal, they must submit SDB-2, SDB-3, SDB-3.1, and the information requested in SDB-5 (parts 1-5). Additional requirements for submitting these documents are set forth in SDB-1, Instructions for Completing the SDB Participation Submittal and SDB Utilization Schedule. Please note that the Veteran Business Enterprise program has separate but equivalent documentation requirements.
