This project will remodel the existing studio space. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removing a window from the vestibule wall and installing it in the control room wall; cutting an opening in the vestibule wall for a new window; cutting a large view window into the interior vestibule wood door; and painting all walls, door and window frames. This project also includes numerous lighting additions and upgrades, as well as a large amount of AV equipment.

All replacement components in air handler will be shifted slightly from their current location to a new location further downstream. Work also includes relocation of existing steam condensate receiving tank and pumps and removal of existing electrical transformer serving AHU1 supply fan.
