The project consists of, but is not limited to, materials and labor to build-out a 3920 square foot work area. This area has all of the under floor utilities installed, has a concrete floor, is in an insulated building enclosure, has drywall ceiling and perimeter walls. The ceiling and walls are not taped or finished. The project shall include constructing interior walls, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of concrete pavement, concrete sidewalks, reconstruction of storm sewer structure, new and relocated roadway and sidewalk lighting, pavement markings and finish grading.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, demolition of framed walls and concrete risers; construction of new pipe enclosure walls; removal and replacement of flooring, seating, and rubber stair tread/risers; painting; drop ceiling tile replacement; and minor electrical work.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, cleaning the existing exterior concrete building surface, removing and replacing existing sealant joints at exterior concrete walls, removing and replacing existing ribbon window units, and replacing identified damaged interior wall assembly and finishes.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, mechanical and electrical upgrades to an existing single story metal building. Mechanical scope includes new unitary heating and cooling equipment and ductwork, new dust collector, and updates to existing building automation system to support new equipment. Electrical scope includes new electrical transformer and panel, new lighting, and new fire alarm panel. Scope of work includes replacement of existing interior doors with rated doors and modifications to existing gypsum walls to meet fire rating requirements.
