The project consists of, but is not limited to, installation of a new dust collection system serving the level 1 fabrication space in the Student Innovation Center. Work requires selective demolition, installation of a full dust collection system including controls, fire suppression, compressed air, and all other items to support the full system, and integration with existing building systems.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, removal of the existing ballasted roof system down to the existing asphaltic built up roof layer. Installation of new insulation and fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof membrane roof (base bid) or PVC roof membrane (alternate #1). Removal and reinstallation of metal flashings, disconnection and reconnection of equipment as needed, extension of curbs and new walk pads.
