This project will remodel the existing studio space. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removing a window from the vestibule wall and installing it in the control room wall; cutting an opening in the vestibule wall for a new window; cutting a large view window into the interior vestibule wood door; and painting all walls, door and window frames. This project also includes numerous lighting additions and upgrades, as well as a large amount of AV equipment.

Installation of new insulation and fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof membrane roof (base bid) or PVC roof membrane (alternate #1).
