This requires stripping the top organics from the existing field, removing the existing top 3” of sand and relocating to the east to create a new 10” sand profile. Scope also includes demolition of the existing east chain-link fence and installing new fence; grading from the new field edge to the new parkway; modifications to the existing irrigation system; and installation of subdrain.
