This project consists of, but is not limited to, the installation of new aluminum windows throughout Helser Residence Hall to replace existing windows removed under a separate abatement contract, (exceptions noted in documents). New accessory items to the window installation are included as well as patch, repair, and painting of existing wall construction where necessary to facilitate installation of new window assemblies. Construction will be completed during the summer of 2019 only—see Construction Progress Schedule and substantial completion dates.
