New accessory items to the window installation are included as well as patch, repair, and painting of existing wall construction where necessary to facilitate installation of new window assemblies. Construction will be completed during the summer of 2019 only—see Construction Progress Schedule and substantial completion dates.

CP002532 - Veterinary Medical Research Institute-Buildings 1-6 Condensate Returns Replacement
The project consists of, but is not limited to, installation of a new low-pressure condensate return system between buildings 1 through 6 at Veterinary Medical Research Institute (VMRI). Work includes abandonment or removal or existing condensate lines, installation of new condensate return piping between buildings, connection of new piping to existing service inside each building, and removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk as needed for installation.
