W. Lincoln St. Combined Sewer Separation Project This project consists of installing storm sewer in W. Lincoln Street between Western Ave. and Liberty St. Included in the storm sewer improvement, but not limited to, is 185 LF of 18-inch storm sewer, 423 LF of 15-inch storm sewer, 665 LF of 12-inch storm sewer, storm manhole installations, catch basins, asphalt pavement trench repair, grading and seeding, curb replacement and sidewalk replacement. Final Completion: Nov. 30 2022 Engineering Estimate: $189,500

Northside Sewer Lining (CDBG) - 35603400 The project consists of no-dig rehabilitation of several deteriorating sanitary sewer lines in the City of Findlay (hereinafter referred to as “City”). Incidental to the lining shall be the reinstatement of sewer service laterals without excavation. The Base Bid includes several sewer locations on the Northside of the City. The sewer lines to be lined are in close proximity of each other. The sizes to be lined include 8-inch, 10-inch, 24-inch sewers. Bidders are requested to provide a unit price per foot based on the size of host pipe. If sizes, lengths, or any other changes significantly differ from the provided information, the City will work with the Contractor to make accurate price adjustments. Completion Date: August 31, 2022 Engineering Estimate (Base Bid Only): $215,270.88
