Northside Sewer Lining (CDBG) - 35603400
The project consists of no-dig rehabilitation of several deteriorating sanitary sewer lines in the City of Findlay (hereinafter referred to as “City”). Incidental to the lining shall be the reinstatement of sewer service laterals without excavation.
The Base Bid includes several sewer locations on the Northside of the City. The sewer lines to be lined are in close proximity of each other. The sizes to be lined include 8-inch, 10-inch, 24-inch sewers. Bidders are requested to provide a unit price per foot based on the size of host pipe. If sizes, lengths, or any other changes significantly differ from the provided information, the City will work with the Contractor to make accurate price adjustments.

This project consists of nearly 21,930 (LF) of curb removal and replacement on various streets within the City of Findlay in Hancock County. Incidental items include necessary sidewalk or curb ramp replacement (approximately 8,436 SF), concrete drive replacement (approximately 1,024 SY), asphalt drive replacement (approximately 1,041 SY), adjustment of manholes and catch basins, grading and seeding. Other minor work is described in the details for each segment of roadway. The project will be split up into two different groups to ensure some of the larger sections of road are completed before school is in session.
The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any accepted Alternates as selected by the City of Findlay.

Request for Qualifications Design/Build Services for City of Findlay STRICT Center
The City of Findlay (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) is requesting statements of qualification (SOQs) to provide Design/Build services for the CITY’s Simulated Tactical Response & Incident Command Training (STRICT) Center.
The intent is to engage a CONTRACTOR to complete the design, construction documents and construction for the CITY’s STRICT Center. In particular, the CITY is seeking a CONTRACTOR with demonstrated expertise and competence in multi-agency training complexes for first responders.
