The CITY desires to obtain architectural services to evaluate public restrooms in CITY owned facilities, specifically the Municipal Building, to address ADA compliance concerns. The selected consultant will then be asked to provide design documents to correct deficiencies.

Madison & Monroe Sanitary Phase II This project consists removing approximately 480’ of existing 8-inch Vitrified Clay Pipe and replacing it with 8-inch SDR35 on Monroe Avenue from Morey Avenue to the first Manhole to the West. There are 11 existing laterals that will need to be tied into the new Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary Service must be maintained during the project. The City of Findlay Municipal Court (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide architectural/engineering services for the planning and design process needed for the construction of a Community Alternative Sentencing Center (CASC).

City of Findlay 2022 Annual Resurfacing Program-Contract B (Asphalt) This contract is for asphalt work only, consisting of pavement planning (approximately 21,440 SY) and asphalt resurfacing (approximately 3,071 CY) on various streets within the City of Findlay or Hancock County. Incidental items include, but not limited to, are adjustment of manholes, and joint sealing. Other minor work is described in the details for each segment of pavement. The project will be split up into two different groups to ensure some of the larger sections of road are completed before school is in session. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any accepted Alternates as selected by the City of Findlay. The City of Findlay (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) is requesting statements of qualification (SOQs) to provide Design/Build services for the CITY’s Simulated Tactical Response & Incident Command Training (STRICT) Center. The intent is to engage a CONTRACTOR to complete the design, construction documents and construction for the CITY’s STRICT Center. In particular, the CITY is seeking a CONTRACTOR with demonstrated expertise and competence in multi-agency training complexes for first responders.
