City of Findlay 2020 Annual Sewer Televising Program-This program consists of performing closed circuit television inspection on various storm and sanitary sewers located within the City of Findlay. This program will assess the condition of the selected sewer lines, and present the information to the City of Findlay so that the information can be used to make decisions regarding rehabilitation and/ or replacement. The sewers will be rated by using a standardized field investigation approach to efficiently utilize time and resources when evaluating the selected sewers. This project shall consist of, but not limited to, sewer cleaning as necessary for proper sewer evaluating, CCTV recordings, evaluating and rating of recorded sewers, and electronic format submission of recorded/ evaluated sewers. Completion Date: April 10, 2021 Engineering Estimate (Base Bid Only): $730,000

City of Findlay Sixth Street Waterline Replacement. This project consists of replacing a 10-inch waterline on Sixth Street from Main Street to Eagle Creek. The project consist of two sections of 10-inch waterline and one section of 16-inch waterline. The 10-inch sections will run from Main Street to Park Street (waterline will be ran on the north side in the grass) and from Blanchard Street to Eagle Creek (waterline will be ran in the westbound lane). The section from Park Street to Blanchard Street will consist of a 16-inch waterline install that will be ran in the westbound lane of Sixth Street. The 16-inch waterline will be tied onto an existing 16-inch stub at Blanchard Street and will be jack and bored under the CSX railroad tracks to Park Street. This project shall consist of, but not limited to, 695 LF of 16-inch C900 waterline, 60 LF of 22-inch casing jack and bore, 1680 LF of 10-inch Type B C909 waterline, 1350 LF of 10-inch Type C C909 waterline, 200 LF of 6-inch C909 waterline, full depth pavement repair, waterline tie-ins, waterline abandonments, fire hydrant removal, hydrant replacement, misc. fittings, seeding and mulching. Substantial Completion Date: August 7, 2020 Final Completion Date: August 21, 2020 Engineer’s Estimate: $550,000.00

City of Findlay Country Club Drive Landslide Repair This project will consist of repairing the existing landslide along Country Club Drive and adjacent to the Blanchard River. This project will also consist of modifications to the existing storm sewer that outlets to the Blanchard River. Within the project area there are overhead power lines, which will effect some of the work. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any accepted Alternates as selected by the City of Findlay. Substantial Completion: March 30, 2020 Final Completion: August 18, 2020 Engineering Estimate: $ 230,000 (Base Bid)

City of Findlay- CUBE Parking Lot Resurfacing Phase Two This project consists of planning and resurfacing a section of the existing parking lots at the CUBE, located at 3430 North Main Street. This project will consist of, but not limited to, 10,777 SY of ½-inch Asphalt Planning, 600 CY of 2-inch thick Asphalt Surface Course, and temporary sediment and erosion control. The base bid for this project will consist of milling and resurfacing a section of The Cube parking lot (north of The Cube building) and will have a final completion date of August 8, 2020. Also within the bid is an alternate for pavement markings such as parking stalls, stop bar, etc. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any accepted Alternates as selected by the City of Findlay. City of Findlay 2020 Annual Resurfacing Program-Contract A (Concrete) This project consists of nearly 21,810 (LF) of curb removal and replacement on various streets within the City of Findlay in Hancock County. Incidental items include necessary sidewalk or curb ramp replacement (approximately 15,100 SF), concrete drive replacement (approximately 2510 SY), asphalt drive replacement (approximately 400 SY), adjustment of manholes and catch basins, grading and seeding. Other minor work is described in the details for each segment of roadway. The project will be split up into two different groups to ensure some of the larger sections of road are completed before school is in session. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any accepted Alternates as selected by the City of Findlay.
