The intent of this Contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the Work described. Scope of Repair Work
Remove ex roof system down to deck. Ex roof has ex lightweight insulating concrete over concrete roof deck. Remove this lightweight insulating concrete down to roof deck. Install new roof drains, new exhaust fans, new roof insulation. New roof insulation to be min R-20 at all areas and tapered to slope at ¼:12 min. New roof system and flashing in its entirety to be designed for wind loads per ASCE 7-16 and as required for essential facility. Ex roof top antennae and communications system cabling to be removed and reinstalled. Ex roof system at parking canopy to be removed and new roofing and flashing installed.
Remove existing roof mounted light fixtures and conduit at parapet flashing. Install new light and position to light up flagpole. Remove existing remnants of parking light pole light and bases. Install new light poles and concrete bases to comply with current wind loads per ASCE 7-16 and connect to existing circuits.
Remove ex carpet and base and install new carpet and base at main lobby. Install new ceiling tiles in existing system. Install new ceiling tiles in men and women ceiling system. Remove ex ceiling system remnants and install new suspended ceiling system and one new light fixture connected to existing circuit.
And other work as may be enumerated in project drawings.
