HURRICANE LAURA (DR-4559-LA) DISASTER RECOVERY PROGRAM
WATER TREATMENT PLANTS – CHEMICAL FEED SYSTEM REPAIRS
PROJECT NUMBER HL-SOV-95/96/98/99/101-108/110/112-114
I. Background:
Gusting winds, debris impacts, and heavy rain, associated with Hurricane Laura, incurred damage to the chemical feed systems at the Center East, Center West, Chennault, and McNeese Water Treatment Plants, to the point where the systems are not operational.
