Scope of Services: The City of Lake Charles WWTP ‘A’ is currently under a Compliance Order (CO) with LDEQ. The approved CO schedule requires the rehabilitation of 13 sub basins in the WWTP ‘A’ Basin. The Sub Basins have been prioritized and ranked in order of severity of condition through wastewater modeling of the system. There is approximately 25,830 LF of 6-inch through 10-inch gravity sewer pipeline to be rehabilitated (Critical and Priority 1) as part of this project. Rehabilitation methods include point repairs, pipe bursting, and manhole lining.

Background: In light of recurring power failures and a lack of adequate back-up power facilities at the City Hall Facility, the City would like to replace the existing facilities with a reliable, secondary power source.
