Division Street, Hodges Street, and Pujo Street Drainage Rehabilitation CP 3337 The work for this project includes, but not limited to, sawcutting and removal of concrete and/or asphalt pavement to expose and repair collapsed, blocked, or otherwise failed sections of existing vitrified clay, concrete, metal, PVC, or combination of storm sewer as indicated by the project plans for portions of N. Division, Hodges, and Pujo Streets. After completion of point repair activities, Contractor shall install Cured In-Place Pipe in continuous segments from designated structures listed on the plan sheets. Roadway surfaces damaged during the course of point repair construction will be repaired using like materials to return the roadway surface to a condition that meets or exceeds its condition prior to beginning construction.

City of Lake Charles, Louisiana Central School Renovations Capital Project Number CP 3124 City of Lake Charles, LA ~ Scope of Work The Work consists of the following: 1. The Work includes exterior cleaning of building, re-pointing all existing masonry walls, painting of all window trim and exterior “non-masonry” materials and all exterior surfaces that have been previously painted including stairs, exterior doors, etc.. Replacement of all gutters and downspouts including flashing at scuppers and repair of roofing at parapet walls, collector heads, and coping. 2. All work shown on drawings and included in Specifications Manual. 3. Contractor is to perform the Work in accordance with pertinent State, Local and National Codes as well as all requirements of OSHA, including the Hazard Communication Standard. 4. This building is a historically significant structure and is on the National Registry of Historic Buildings, therefore the contractor shall at all times follow the Secretary of the Interior’s “Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties” which describe guidelines for preserving, rehabilitating, restoring and reconstructing of Historic Buildings. Project No. CP 3271 Country Club Water Looping - Weaver Road to Jensen Lane City of Lake Charles, LA ~ The work for this project includes, but not limited to, installation of approximately 1,550 feet of 12 inch water main on Country Club Road. The proposed waterline will connect the existing 12 inch water main that terminates near the hydrant at 2099 Country Club Road to the existing 12 inch water main that runs along the west side of Weaver Road.

City of Lake Charles, Louisiana 2018 Sidewalk Construction CP 3300 The work for this project includes, but not limited to, installation of a five-foot (5’) sidewalk along the south side of Sale Road between Lake Street and Ryan Street along the existing curb and installation of a six-foot (6’) sidewalk along the south side of Lisle Peters Road between E. St. Charles Avenue and Big Lake Road (LA 384). It also includes the installation of subsurface drainage systems along Lisle Peters Road and the removal and installation of driveways impacted by sidewalk placement.
