City of Lake Charles, Louisiana Project No. 2018-679 (OP0403) Fire Station No. 7 Building Repairs The scope of work includes the installation of “push piers” under grade beams for foundation stabilization, replacement of the front porch and front sidewalk to establish positive drainage, cleaning and repairs to the exterior CMU and brick wall surfaces, roof flashing repairs, waterproofing with caulking around wall penetrations and water repellent on wall surfaces, and repainting of door frames, doors, and damaged areas of the interior of the truck bay walls.

CITY OF LAKE CHARLES, LOUISIANA DOME LIFT STATION REHABILITATION CAPITAL PROJECT NUMBER CP3301 ~ The Dome Lift Station Rehabilitation Scope of Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: • Furnishing, installation, maintenance, and operation of a temporary bypass sewer pumping system inclusive of traffic controls. • Removal of existing pumps, valves, and electrical components for salvage by the City of Lake Charles Wastewater Division. • Demolition of structural, mechanical, and electrical portions of the existing Dome Lift Station as noted on the project drawings. • Cleaning of the interior of the remaining RCP wet well. • Construction of new reinforced concrete top slab for wet well inclusive of furnishing and installing aluminum access hatchway and fall through protection system. • Furnishing and installation of interior liner and coating system for inside of wet well and underside of top slab. • Furnishing and installation of mechanical systems including all duplex submersible pumps, guiderails, piping, valves, fittings, and specialties. • Furnishing and installation of specified components necessary for the installation a new electrical service separate from the existing electrical service from the Lake Charles Housing Authority office building. • Furnishing and installation of new electrical switchgear, controls panels, conduit and wiring, SCADA system, and other electrical components necessary for proper operation of the pump stations as shown on the drawings and as specified. • Furnishing of all site civil work including excavation, trenching, backfill, new aggregate surfaces, chain link fencing and gates, etc. as shown on the drawings and as specified.

Scope of Services: The City of Lake Charles desires to rehabilitate the six (6) existing horizontal pressure filters at the George H. West Water Treatment Plant. This Work will include but is not limited to the following: 1. Complete Removal and Replacement of Filter Internals within all (6) Filters: a. Remove 30” of Manganese Anthrasand and Replace with 20” of Manganese GreensandPlus and 10” of Anthracite. b. Removal and Replacement of Existing Gravel Bed. c. Replacement of Existing PVC Components with Stainless Steel. d. Installation of Gravel Retaining Screen. e. Modify Existing Underdrain Strainers to Accommodate Sandvalves. f. Removal and Replacement of Existing Air Blower for Air Scour. 5. Modifications to Existing Backwash Pumps and associated Piping. 6. Installation of Slow Fill Line with Modulating Control Valve for Backwash. 7. Replacement of Existing Backwash Pump Controls with VFDs and New Backwash Control Panel. 8. Removal and Replacement of Existing Backwash Flow Meter. 9. Modification of Backwash Line Discharge into Recovery Basin. 10. Coating and Rehabilitation of Fluoride Secondary Containment Vessel. 11. Complete Touch-Ups as Required for Damaged Coating on Filter Vessels. 12. Installation of In-Line Static Mixer on Raw Water Influent Line.

City of Lake Charles, Louisiana Project No. 2018-677 Capital Project No. 3207 Enterprise Blvd. Paving and Drainage Rehabilitation Phase 1 (Re-Bid) The general scope of work for Project No. 2018-677 includes rehabilitation of portions of the existing drainage system on Enterprise Boulevard, including removal and replacement of pipe, pipe bursting, and catch basin construction between 12th Street and Broad Street in the City of Lake Charles, Louisiana.

City of Lake Charles, Louisiana West McNeese Street Drainage and Sidewalk Improvements – Barbe High School Property to Nelson Road – Capital Project Number CP3253 Substantial Completion – 150 Calendar Days I. Scope of Services: The City of Lake Charles desires to install closed drainage and a sidewalk along the north side of W. McNeese Street. The scope of work to complete these improvements will include, but is not limited to the following: 1. W. McNeese Street (End of Barbe HS Property to Nelson Road) a. Remove the existing drainage and install new, closed drainage to promote positive drainage within the area. b. Install a curb and gutter section along the existing edge of road. c. Install a sidewalk along the north side of the road to assist with pedestrian and school traffic.
