The intent of this Contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the Work described. • The clearing of trees and shrubs located within the existing or newly acquired servitudes and road rights of way located along W. Prien Lake Road between Cove Lane and Ihles Rd and also along Sale Rd from W. Prien Lake to Burton Lane.
• The demolition of the five (5) homes located at 2804 Henderson Forest Lane, 2803 & 2804 S. Locke Point Drive, and 2801 & 2802 N. Locke Point Drive. As well as the associated removal of driveways, sidewalks, pools, sheds, fencing, etc required to completely clear the lots.
All of the work identified above is being done in anticipation of the project to relocate utilities and reconstruct and widen W. Prien Lake Road and Sale Road within the same area.
