CITY OF LAKE CHARLES, LOUISIANA DOME LIFT STATION REHABILITATION CAPITAL PROJECT NUMBER CP3301 ~ The Dome Lift Station Rehabilitation Scope of Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: • Furnishing, installation, maintenance, and operation of a temporary bypass sewer pumping system inclusive of traffic controls. • Removal of existing pumps, valves, and electrical components for salvage by the City of Lake Charles Wastewater Division. • Demolition of structural, mechanical, and electrical portions of the existing Dome Lift Station as noted on the project drawings. • Cleaning of the interior of the remaining RCP wet well. • Construction of new reinforced concrete top slab for wet well inclusive of furnishing and installing aluminum access hatchway and fall through protection system. • Furnishing and installation of interior liner and coating system for inside of wet well and underside of top slab. • Furnishing and installation of mechanical systems including all duplex submersible pumps, guiderails, piping, valves, fittings, and specialties. • Furnishing and installation of specified components necessary for the installation a new electrical service separate from the existing electrical service from the Lake Charles Housing Authority office building. • Furnishing and installation of new electrical switchgear, controls panels, conduit and wiring, SCADA system, and other electrical components necessary for proper operation of the pump stations as shown on the drawings and as specified. • Furnishing of all site civil work including excavation, trenching, backfill, new aggregate surfaces, chain link fencing and gates, etc. as shown on the drawings and as specified.

Project No. 2018-674 Capital Project No. 3131 Lake Street Reconstruction From Westmoreland Street South to Waverly Street City of Lake Charles, LA ~ The general scope of work for Project No. 2018-674, Lake Street Extension from Westmoreland Street South to Waverly Street, includes the following: 1. Paving: Construct a new 10 inch thick, 48 to 54 foot wide reinforced concrete pavement with integral curb and 8” compacted stone base. New six foot (6’) wide plain concrete sidewalk on the east side of the street will be constructed. Approximate project length is about 550 linear feet. 2. Water: Replace the existing 8 inch PVC water line crossing Lake Street at Wedgewood with a new 8 inch DR-11 HDPE water pipe via directional drill, including valves, fittings, and fire hydrant. The existing 8 inch PVC water line will be abandoned in place or removed as required. 3. Drainage: Install new underground drainage system.
