City of Lake Charles, Louisiana Project No. 2017-668 Capital Project No. 3207 Enterprise Blvd. Paving and Drainage Rehabilitation Phase 1 The general scope of work for Project No. 2017-668 includes rehabilitation of portions of the existing drainage system on Enterprise Boulevard, including removal and replacement of pipe, pipe bursting, cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP), and catch basin construction between 12th Street and Broad Street in the City of Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Project No. 2016-658 Capital Project No. 3288 48” CIPP Lining from The Holly Hill Road/Prien Lake Road Roundabout North to the Contraband Bayou Lift Station City of Lake Charles, LA ~ The general scope of work for Project No. 2016-658, Capital Project No. 3288, includes the rehabilitation of approximately 2600 feet of 48 inch sewer main by cured-in-place (CIPP) lining from the Holly Hill Road/Prien Lake Road Roundabout North to the Contraband Bayou Lift Station. A system for bypass pumping to manage sewage flow must be furnished and maintained. Manhole tops will require removal and re construction to facilitate liner installation. Concrete and/or brick manholes will also be rehabilitated with new interior liners.

Project No. 2016-650 Capital Project No. CP3268 Nelson Road Sewer Force Main Upgrade Country Club Road to Linden Lane City of Lake Charles, LA ~ This scope of work for Project No. 2016-650, Nelson Road Sewer Force Main Upgrade – Country Club Road to Linden Lane, includes the installation of a new 10 inch diameter force main from the intersection of Nelson Road and Country Club Road South to tie into an existing 10 inch diameter force main North of Linden Lane. This new force main will service the existing Pecan Acres sewer lift station and will include a connection for the option of receiving flow from the Nelson Pointe Apartments sewer lift station.

Capital Project No. CP3264 Interstate Corridor Beautification Project Phase I REBID City of Lake Charles, LA ~ NORTH I-10 EXIT RAMP 30 B AND SERVICE ROAD- LaDOTD PERMIT 153562 SOUTH I-10 SERVICE ROAD LaDOTD PERMIT 153565 COVE LANE AND ROUNDABOUT- LaDOTD PERMIT 153586 SCOPE OF WORK The general scope of work for Project Interstate Corridor Beautification Phase I, Capital Project No. 3264, includes the following. North I-10 Exit Ramp 30 B and Service Road - Installation of trees, palms, and shrubs. South I-10 Service Road - Installation of trees, palms, and shrubs. Cove Lane and Roundabout - installation of trees, palms, shrubs, and installation within the roundabout borrow fill material, concrete curbing, aluminum edging, and decorative stone with binding solution.

Capital Project Number OP 0601 Chennault Water Treatment Plant 400,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation City of Lake Charles, LA ~ I. Scope of Services: A. The City of Lake Charles Water Division currently owns and operates the 400,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank at the Chennault Water Treatment Plant. Rehabilitation of the existing tank in general includes: a. Drainage improvements around the tank b. Erection and maintenance of a temporary containment system to contain sand blasting and paint debris from falling on adjacent properties and vehicles. c. Light sand blasting of the tank exterior and appurtenances and applying a three coat exterior coating system to the entire tank exterior. d. Sandblasting interior tank walls and appurtenances and applying 3 coat interior coating system to these surfaces. e. Perform the necessary adjustments to windages/sway rods to return the tank to its original erect, design conformance. f. Furnish and install repairs and improvements to the interior roof, vent, roof ladder, etc. g. Remove and dispose of existing overflow piping within tank riser and buried vault. Install new, exterior overflow piping to discharge into a closed drainage system to be routed to the adjacent ditch.
