I. Scope of Services:
Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents for the Southwest Water Treatment Plant – Back-Up Power Improvements project. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Removal and Replacement of the Existing Stand-By Generator with Two (2) Parallel 600kW Stand-By Diesel Generators complete with 2,500A, 480VAC, 3PH Paralleling Switchgear.
• Removal and Disposal of the Existing Manual Transfer Switch and Replacement with 2,500A, 480VAC Delayed Transition Automatic Transfer Switch.
• Installation of Low Voltage Panelboard for Supply to Generator Appurtenances.
• Interconnections to Owner’s SCADA for Generator Monitoring.
• Miscellaneous Civil and Electrical Work as Required to Complete the Work.

I. Scope of Services:
The City of Lake Charles desires to install closed drainage and a sidewalk along the north side of W. McNeese Street. The scope of work to complete these improvements will include, but is not limited to the following:
1. W. McNeese Street (End of Barbe HS Property to Nelson Road)
a. Remove the existing drainage and install new, closed drainage to promote positive drainage within the area.
b. Install a curb and gutter section along the existing edge of road.
c. Install a sidewalk along the north side of the road to assist with pedestrian and school traffic.

Lake Street Reconstruction From Westmoreland Street South to Waverly Street

The general scope of work for Project No. 2018-674, Lake Street Extension from Westmoreland Street South to Waverly Street, includes the following:
1. Paving: Construct a new 10 inch thick, 48 to 54 foot wide reinforced concrete pavement with integral curb and 8” compacted stone base. New six foot (6’) wide plain concrete sidewalk on the east side of the street will be constructed. Approximate project length is about 550 linear feet.
2. Water: Replace the existing 8 inch PVC water line crossing Lake Street at Wedgewood with a new 8 inch DR-11 HDPE water pipe via directional drill, including valves, fittings, and fire hydrant. The existing 8 inch PVC water line will be abandoned in place or removed as required.
3. Drainage: Install new underground drainage system.

The general scope of work for Project No. 2016-658, Capital Project No. 3288, includes the rehabilitation of approximately 2600 feet of 48 inch sewer main by cured-in-place (CIPP) lining from the Holly Hill Road/Prien Lake Road Roundabout North to the Contraband Bayou Lift Station. A system for bypass pumping to manage sewage flow must be furnished and maintained. Manhole tops will require removal and re construction to facilitate liner installation. Concrete and/or brick manholes will also be rehabilitated with new interior liners.

I. Scope of Services:
The City of Lake Charles desires to rehabilitate the six (6) existing horizontal pressure filters at the Southwest Water Treatment Plant. This Work will include but is not limited to the following:

4. Removal and replacement of additional Filter Internals as Required
5. Removal and replacement of the existing air scour piping and discharge nozzles.
6. Removal and replacement of the existing backwash water flow meter.
