PROJECT NO. 2018-682 CAPITAL PROJECT NO. 3283 LEGENDRE STREET DRAINAGE PH II CITY OF LAKE CHARLES, LOUISIANA SCOPE OF WORK Project No. 2018-682 includes installation of approximately 470 linear feet of 8x7 box culvert on the East roadside ditch of Legendre Street starting at the downstream end near the Cell tower driveway and extending South tying into the existing box culvert at McNeese Street.

City of Lake Charles, Louisiana Project No. 2018-672 (Capital Project No. 3308) Streetscape – Mill and Division The goal of this project is to enhance pedestrian safety and beautify Mill and Division Streets along the new ERDACE Development from Ryan Street to Ann Street. This will be accomplished by the reconstruction of the sidewalks to include pavers. The scope of work shall also include overhead decorative lamp posts, litter receptacles, drainage and pavement markings.

City of Lake Charles, Louisiana INTERSTATE CORRIDOR BEAUTIFICATION PHASE II LaDoTD Permit No. 153754 Capital Project Number CP3264 The general scope of work for Project Interstate Corridor Beautification Phase II, Capital Project No. 3264, for LaDOTD Permitted Project No. 153754 for construction includes the following. Base bid of clearing and grubbing of selective trees, planting of trees, and shrubs. Add alternate no. 1 of maintenance operations of selective areas within the interchange by way mowing grass, weed control, volunteer vegetation growth removal, mulching for one year period. See ‘Exhibit A’ identifying the selective areas for maintenance operations.

Bord du Lac Drive (Lakeshore Drive to North Lakeshore Drive) 24. 5th Avenue (570 linear feet at new bridge) The Owner reserves the right to remove streets from the project or add streets to the project to bring the construction cost within the budget established for the project without affecting unit prices bid for the items of work.
