Doan Hall/Rhodes Hall and Ross Heart Hospital spaces: At areas as indicated on drawings work for Med Gas Upgrades includes: Addition or replacement of Zone Valve Boxes, Alarm Panels, and installation of new outlets at use spots, or replacement of existing outlets to Med Gas. Work also including piping above ceilings and down walls to all new devices and connection to existing. Patching, repair, priming, and paint and/or replacement of finishes is limited to areas where work is being performed.

OSU Lima: This project consists of the construction of 4,000 SF interior renovation of the existing theatre in Reed Hall (4240 Campus Drive- Lima, Ohio 45804). The renovation includes refinishing the existing ceiling and upgrades to lighting and mechanical systems.

Tenant improvements of approximately 4,590 sf on the second floor and 130 sf on the third floor to convert shelled space into office, exam, check-out and storage areas matching the finishes of the existing building. Work includes partition walls, doors, borrowed lites, finishes, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and data installation.

The Ohio State University Airport/Don Scott Field (KOSU) is home to 150 aircraft and sees an estimated 90,000 flight operations per year. This is the primary facility serving The Ohio State University and the surrounding central Ohio community. KOSU has been identified as a “National Priority” general aviation airport by the FAA, is a Part 139 Certificated Airport, and serves as a general aviation reliever for John Glenn International Airport. As part of this project, the Airport looks to rehabilitate / reconstruct Taxiway E. Taxiway will need rehabilitated to support the aircraft type and keep taxiing aircraft safe.

Project includes the pavement rehabilitation, replacement of curbing and concrete areas to bring the East – ADA Parking Lot up to current. Accessibility Code. The lot will be re-striped and signed per City of Columbus and Ohio ADA requirements.
