OSU Main Campus - Interior renovations of existing labs 603, 609, 611, 637, 639, 643, and room 620. Renovations consist of new and revised partitions, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology systems, and ceiling systems associated with the renovation.

The Project consists of the installation of an 8-inch domestic cold waterline in the Sisson Hall parking lot that cross connects with the 20-inch OSU domestic cold waterline on the east side of Olentangy River Road. The line will be installed via a jack and bore method and will be connected to the existing OSU 20-inch OSU main domestic cold water line using a tapping sleeve per OSU BDS Division 33.

Wooster Campus: Provide and install a new prefabricated, modular building structure, site preparation and all supporting utility infrastructure.

OSU-200358 This project includes building envelope repairs to Orton Hall, including isolated masonry and below-grade waterproofing repairs, as well as roofing. The roofing scope includes repairs to the main roof flashings and drainage elements, as well as replacement of the apse roof and leakage repairs at the northeast corner.

This project includes the rehabilitation of building enclosure elements at Lazenby Hall, including isolated masonry and window repairs, and replacement of the clay tile roof. The roof replacement will include new flashings and drainage elements, and reuse the clay roof tiles.
