Renovation of 4,892 SF of the OSU African-American Community Extension Center located at 905 Mount Vernon Avenue, Columbus, Ohio. The project scope includes: The removal of an existing computer lab, three (3) offices and an equipment storage area to create a new flexible Computer Lab, a new Classroom, new ADA family Toilet Room and new open Gathering/Library Space. This project will improve to shell space and create two offices with costs assumed by USDA and all finished and new spaces to be leased by USDA.

Replaces two existing fluoroscopy rooms and a nuclear medicine camera along with renovation of surrounding support spaces including an existing toilet to comply with ADA. Scope of work includes associated MEP, Fire Protection Systems, and Hazardous Material removal. The work is to be performed in three phases. Phase One – the Zee MP and Spect CT areas; Phase Two – the Agile area; and Phase Three – the technician work area.

This project will replace the cooling tower in the Neil Avenue Building.
