The Surgical Skills Lab consists of fitting out existing shell spaces on the 3rd floor of the Jameson Crane Sports Medicine Institute, totaling approximately 5000 square feet, to accommodate a seven station surgical skills lab and a two station cadaver lab along with related support spaces including locker rooms, toilet rooms, instrument decontamination room, sterile storage and a cadaver storage area with a 20 body refrigerator and freezer.

OSU-180360 Vet Med Center Fire Alarm Panel
Replace the (2) existing fire alarm systems in the building with (1) fire alarm system. The existing fire alarm systems are by different manufacturers and cause confusion during alarm. The existing fire alarm systems will be replaced in a manner that minimizes coverage outages, however, fire watch will be required and provided by the University. Existing device locations will generally be reused, and additional devices will be provided to meet current University standards and codes.

OSU Wooster Campus: The work consists of the removal and replacement of existing teledata cabling in Selby Hall. Related work includes limited hazardous material abatement, a new telecom room, and replacement of ACT tiles in the areas of work. The new telecom room will include HVAC, plumbing, power and lighting modifications required for the construction of this space.
