Renovation and improvements of an existing metal storage building structure to house sheep and goats. Renovations include improvements to the existing building, a new Lab and Restroom. There is an alternate for a 1,650 SF mezzanine structure. There are allowances and unit pricing for limited existing metal roof and wall repairs. Existing gutters and downspouts will be removed and replaced. There is limited site and building plumbing work, limited HVAC and electrical work.

Replacement of existing built up roof with insulated EPDM membrane, including minor metal deck repair, roof top upgrades, & abandoned equipment removal.

Renovation of 2,003 SF existing 2nd floor of the hospital. Work including demolition, finishes (floor, room base, paint, ceilings), rigid plastic wainscot, corner guards, structural and related MEP items. Work also includes new HVAC for bronch rooms.

Doan - 6th & 7th Floor NICU Renovation of 7,150 square feet of the 54,297 square foot existing 6th Floor, and 3,170 square feet of the 30,465 square foot existing 7th Floor, of Doan Hall on The Ohio State University Medical Center Campus, including walls, doors, ceilings finishes, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, data, and security work.

OSU Wooster Campus: Wooster Campus parking improvements project includes 3 priorities, or alternates. Priority #1 is the installation of a new 150 space parking lot and detention basin located just south of Fisher Auditorium. Priority #2 is to mill and fill the existing parking lot north of Fisher Auditorium between Campus Drive and Gerlaugh Drive. Priority #3 is the installation of a concrete sidewalk from the OARDC Administration building down to the intersection of SR 83 and Madison Ave.
