This work includes replacing defective sidewalk, curb and gutter, and sidewalk ramps, including truncated domes (supplied by the City of Madison), and associated work.

The work includes constructing up to 6538 linear feet of off-road, natural surface, bike optimized, single track trail in Sycamore Park. The trail consists of natural material constructed using a “lift and tilt” method to create a sustainable surface. A portion of the trail will be an all-weather feature trail using a chip seal product to allow all weather use. Technical trail features are added to both trail type to enhance riding experience. These features are constructed of native stone and imported stone where needed.

The work includes ecological restoration, including tree and shrub planting, invasive species removals, and native seeding at a City of Madison owned property.

This work includes replacement of sanitary sewer main, replacement of sanitary laterals, replacement of water main, replacement of storm sewer main and storm sewer structures, excavation, base preparation, curb and gutter, concrete medians, driveway aprons, sidewalk replacement, asphalt pavement, traffic signals, pavement marking and signing.

Work includes, but is not limited to, replacing sanitary sewer, replacing water main, replacing and/or improving storm sewer, installation of concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter, replacement of asphalt pavement, and replacement of driveway aprons.
